OK, some good news.

The AJSBA has confirmed that the ban on Kawasaki DOES NOT apply to any social based events.

This confirmation comes on the back of an email from the AJSBA president. The email outlined a short term solution that saw owners of both Kawasaki and Honda's required to pay an additional fee in order to participate in any AJSBA sanctioned events. This email contained a line that we sought clarification on, the line read:

'Please note that this solution does not effect the social riding as long as they are not competing in slalom or time trials.'

We today received confirmation back from the AJSBA that neither the ban nor fee applies to social events.

This means WAPWCA can continue on as per normal, no ban, no extra fee.

Awesome news for our Kwaka (and honda) friends.

wow where is the new club gunna be......

and i wasn't even referring this 'pooche' guy.... i was referring to the person behind the application for another perth based race-only pwc club! interesting times i think for the existing race-only pwc club in perth.

i seem to recall comments about there not being enough room for 2 PWC clubs in perth.....and, well, we kinda showed them on that front now didn't we

i wonder how a 3rd... but more specifically a 2nd race club will go down?

i got wind of this awhile ago but have been sitting on the fence so to speak and watching things happen.... last i heard, apparently the junkys were behind the application for the new race club

Last time i spoke to the junky owners, i think the closest thing to racing was a Guitar hero session.. winner takes all....

well, went for a quick blat this morning.. made it back under my own power.. yaay!!! big thanks to rxp459hp and Gav!! have a coil pack starting to go.. .but with 166hrs on the original ones... cant complain..

so the 2nd race club is down "pooche's way" interesting.... perhaps I have single handedly turned the racing fraternity away from the woeful excuse of a babys nappy cess pit that makes itself run through the city of perth

wonder whether they are going to have their own forum for members only and no one knows they exist...
